This dual-phase formula is expertly crafted to effectively remove all traces of long-wearing eye and lip makeup, incorporating botanical cleansing properties. It smoothly dissolves makeup without causing irritation and refreshes the skin with the soothing qualities of Lavender water.

How to Use:

1. Gently shake the dual-phase point remover before use to mix the layers.
2. Saturate a cotton pad with the HISTO Point Remover.
3. Place the soaked cotton pad on the desired area (eye and lip makeup) and gently wipe to remove makeup.
