SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, fulfillment may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Extended Area Shipping: Providing service to and from less populated or accessible domestic areas carries higher operating costs. The delivery will require additional time in transit and is subject to extended area surcharges.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your HistoLab purchase you may return the purchased products within seven (07) days of the delivery. Please note that any promotional products, such as free samples and gift with purchases, must also be returned. We will be to credit your account for the amount of the purchase within 15 days after receiving . Retuned products must be unopened and unused.

To return merchandise to histolab.au, please follow these easy steps:
Step 1 : Send a email to contact@histolab.au to apply for the return. with your name and order number
Step 2 : Pack the items along with a copy of your invoice.
Step 3 : Returns must be prepaid; please note return shipping fees are not refundable. Please return to:

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).


CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

HistoLab Australia is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


DAMAGES

HistoLab Australia is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
