Australian Orders - Histolab.au Returns Policy

Our returns policy complements your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. At Histolab.au, we strive for your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Change of Mind Returns

If you've changed your mind about your purchase, Histolab.au is glad to offer an exchange or refund, provided that:

  • Items are returned within 07 days of delivery. (Marketplace items, however, are subject to a 30-day returns policy).
  • You present the original receipt, online tax invoice, or adequate proof of purchase.
  • Items have not been used or damaged, and:
    • Are in their original packaging, including manuals, pamphlets, and all accessories.
    • Are unopened, unused, and in their original saleable condition.

Online Orders Return

Procedure Online orders must be returned via mail. Details for the return delivery address will be provided as your return is processed.

Other Returns

Histolab.au will accept returns and provide a refund, exchange, or repair for products that are:

  • Faulty or not of acceptable quality.
  • Significantly different from the description.
  • Not fit for their intended purpose.
  • Unsafe.

For these cases, we will refund the item price and associated shipping costs to your original payment method.

International Orders

For international orders, refunds for item costs or postage and handling are not available if:

  • The order is not collected.
  • The order is rejected at the border.
  • The order is returned to the sender.
  • Fees or duties are not paid by the customer.

Certain items may be restricted in your country. It is your responsibility to ensure your orders clear customs.

Marketplace Returns Policy

Each Marketplace Seller at Histolab.au has their own refunds and returns policy. This is available on the Marketplace Sellers’ information page. All Marketplace Sellers must accept change of mind returns for 07 days from the delivery date, regardless of their policy. Specific conditions apply (see product exclusions).

Problem with Your Product?

For faulty, damaged products, or warranty claims, follow the Marketplace Seller’s refunds and returns policy. For further information, contact the Marketplace Seller directly via their contact details on their information page.

Your Rights

In addition to the Marketplace Seller’s policy, all Marketplace products are subject to guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.

Returning Your Product

Follow the Marketplace Seller’s policy to process your return. You are responsible for the product until it is received by the Marketplace Seller, including any return shipping expenses.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the Marketplace Seller’s delivery partner cannot successfully deliver your order, contact the Seller directly to organize another delivery. Associated shipping fees will be the customer's responsibility. Histolab.au is not liable for the delivery of goods.
